Shipping Information:
Shutters eligible for free shipping will be marked with our FREE Shipping logo. Sunbelt Shutters offers free shipping on our standard size shutters. Standard sizes are shutters less than 76" tall and less than 24" wide for traditional styles and less than 72" wide for Bahamas. A $200 per order fee is added for over-sized shutters.
Our standard sized shutters are typically shipped via FedEx for small quantities or freight line for larger orders. Oversize shutters are typically shipped by freight line.
Our free shipping offer is limited to the following shutter lines:

Free shipping is limited to the continental United States.
Expedited Orders are subject to additional rush order fees. These fees add 30% to the total order. Expedited orders are for production times only, not shipping times. Sunbelt Shutters cannot control the freight shipping times. You must call our sales office at 1-888-778-4774 to arrange expedited production. During our peak production months, expedited production may not be available.
We will email you the FedEx, UPS, or freight tracking number the day after your order ships along with the estimated delivery date. This information will be emailed to email address provided during your checkout.
** Please note most of the shutters ship via freight liner. The freight company may deliver via an 18-wheeler truck. So the shipping address you provide Sunbelt Shutters must be accessible to the truck for delivery. If your home or building site is not accessible to the truck, please select an alternate shipping address or coordinate with the shipping company when they call to arrange delivery. If the freight company attempts delivery and cannot deliver your shutters, you will incur additional shipping fees.
Shutters shipped via freight are shipped in large crates. You should be prepared to unload and move the crated shutters from the freight truck. The freight company is not responsible for moving the crate(s) to the final building location. i.e. from your driveway to your garage.
When signing for your delivery please sign with the clause "possible concealed damage" and document any visible damages that have occurred during shipment. Please email us photos as soon as possible including all sides of the shipping containers. They are required to file a shipping damage claim with the freight carrier before a Remake can be put into production.
Standard shipping fees apply to our hardware items and sample shutters.
